1.How do I switch between EQ modes?
While listening to music, hold the ‘Play’ and ‘Volume+’ buttons simultaneously until you hear a beep.

2.How do I reset Spirit Pro?
1. Turn the earphones off.
2. Connect to a power source.
3. Press and hold the ‘Play’ and ‘+’ buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
4. The pairing history will be deleted.

3.Why can’t I hear any sound when Spirit Pro is connected to my PC via Bluetooth?
You may need to change the default audio output on your PC to ‘Bluetooth Headset’.

1. Close all media applications currently running on your PC (such as Windows Media Player).
2. Open ‘Control Panel’ > ‘Sounds and Audio Devices’ > ‘Audio’.
3. Change the default output device to ‘Bluetooth Headset’ in Sound playback.

4.Is it possible to pair 2 sets of Spirit Pro to one device at the same time?
No, it is not possible.

5.What is Spirit Pro’s Bluetooth range?
The Bluetooth range is 10 m / 33 ft. We recommend keeping your mobile device close to you while using the earbuds as the connection can be affected by walls, pillars, and other obstructions.

6.Does Spirit Pro support AAC and aptX codecs?
Yes, Spirit Pro supports AAC, aptX and SBC.

7.What is the average playtime from a single charge?
You will get around 10 hours of playtime at 80% volume. Please note that playtime varies according to volume level and audio content.

8.How long does it take to fully charge Spirit Pro?
Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

9.What should I do if I experience syncing issues?
1. Check to ensure your device’s Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Make sure your device is within 1 m (3 ft) of Spirit Pro.
3. Delete the pairing record on Spirit Pro (see the answer for ‘How do I reset Spirit Pro’ above) and your device, then re-pair.

10.What should I do if Spirit Pro disconnects from my device?
Turn Bluetooth off on your device. Wait for at least 10 seconds to turn it on again and re-pair with Spirit Pro.
Why can’t I hear any sound when Spirit Pro is connected to my phone via Bluetooth?
1. Try to turn up the volume.
2. Make sure the earbuds are connected to your phone.
3. Reset the earbuds and go through the pairing steps once more.

11.How do I maintain Spirit Pro?
1. Daily Care: Keep the earbuds clean by using the following steps:
a. Remove the EarTips from the earbuds.
b. Use a cotton swab to clean the surface of the filter.
2. Charging: Charge Spirit Pro with a certified 5V charger and cable.
3. After Exercise: If you charge Spirit Pro after exercising, please follow these steps:
a. Shake to remove any sweat from inside the USB port.
b. Wipe the USB charging port dry with a cotton cloth.
c. Charge with a 5V certified charger and cable.

12.Why there is no cover on the USB charging port?
Spirit Pro’s charging port is designed without a cover. This does not affect water resistance.

Faulty wire after 4 months of use

One ear bud stopped working after 4 months. Not happy. Other than that, sound is fine, fit is good (they give you a bunch of different ear bits you can swap out to help improve fit).Also, these are marketed as waterproof but the USB part is open and could allow water in while wearing so I wouldn't be confident.

Great product

I love these ear phones. They fit comfortably and although they are made to go around back of neck, try wearing them in front under the neck. No issues and been using a week before I wrote a review. Great product.

These are amazing for the price!

I have owned 2 pairs of these. First pair I lost but enjoyed them enough to buy them again. I work in landscaping and am usually on a mower for about 7 hours a day. They sound great for the price and with all the extra parts you get you can make them very comfortable. Battery life is a huge for me cause they go on at the beginning of the day and don’t get turned off until I get home and they are playing music the entire time and they last all day no problem. Even can get a second day out if I forget to charge them. For 30 bucks I don’t think it gets much better than these.

Good sound for the price.

Product works great in the beginning but left ear sound smaller than right ear after 6 months of used. It's been 10 months here. I guess you get what you pay for. Kinda annoyed by the cables wrapping around. Would recommend no wires.

Overall: 8.2/10

The noise cancellation doesn't work super great. The cable adjustment in the back should probably be redesigned; it's not super comfortable in my opinion.

Not able to charge after 3 mths

Will never buy this brand again. The device does not charge properly after a few use, and in 3mths it's totally useless.

I liked them while they lasted (not very long) Great battery though.

I bought these about a year ago. I liked them for the amount of time they did last. I'm not audiophile so not here to judge the quality of sound. They're passable.Liked-Typically listen to podcasts and the quality was good. No white noise that I could ever distinguish.- Reasonably loud. Never needed to max it out even in loud environments.- Battery was great. Lasted from 730am at work well past 730 after getting off work and going for my runs. Would turn them off around 8pm. Rarely heard the warning sound to charge them. I love not having to charge them midday, especially if I forget to charge them. Easy 10 hours nonstop use.- Not sure if it had quick charge but it did charge ****** enough that I could get full use in short time. Never quantified though.-Stayed in my ears all day no discomfort.- No lag in pairing with my phone at all. The minute I turn them on, never struggled to reconnect ever. Press on, and in 2 seconds it's connected. I've had pairs last a few seconds longer. I hate this. It doesn't seem like much, but I enjoy feeling like they connect instantly.- No disconnection issues. Decent range.Dislike- Well they broke relatively quick. My previous pair of headphones (not anker) lasted me years for about the same price. These lasted 1 year. Kinda surprising seeing as I don't do anything "extreme". - The rubber button cover started to fall in? As you can see in my picture. I tried "resetting" it and made it worse. :( Flimsy rubber piece that can rip quite easily if not careful.- The button control pulling down on my ear, probably the most annoying/worst part of these. The wire would constantly pull from the weight of the controls towards the right side from the left. Not usually a problem if just casually using them but when running the entire cable would be on the right side of my head so the left bud would feel "heavy". If I turned my head to the right, I could it feel being restrained and had to readjust the wire to normal equal distribution. I realize it comes with a clip to counteract this but I've had several other pairs, same type of controls, and never had an issue where I needed the clip.Perhaps it is due to the larger battery. Not sure.- The wire that attaches the right bud to the controls split causing the right bud to lose sound. Only after a year.- The controller case broke on the top corner. I don't remember doing anything particularly difficult that would cause a break. I sit in an office and run. I don't think I "crushed" them in any way that would cause a break.Overall, I really did like these headphones. Awesome battery life. Reliable while they lasted. Not sure I want to buy them again though seeing as they only lasted about a year of normal use. Not expensive necessarily, but I've had cheaper last longer under the same conditions.

Not my favorite earphones

Not sure if really care for the earphones. Picks up all the background noise n not very loud speakers. Then as charge goes down they work even less as good. Nice they came with different sized earbud covers n a lil carrying pouch. I will try them a few more days n make a decision.
