Purchased as a gift for my adult son that plays games on a Playstation 5 and wanted a wireless headphone. He was happy it has surround sound and said it is a great headphone!
Does your wireless headset sound great until you're in a game trying to use the mic at the same time as game audio? That is because most BT up until very recently (I think BT 5.2) doesn't allow "full duplex" audio.Full Duplex Wireless Audio means Quality Mic and Spatial Sound Transmission over 2.4 Ghz!Caveats:You must use the dongle. No BT here.You cannot charge these while using them - as such they do not make for a great work from home headset.Battery life does not seem to be of the all-day variety, especially since you must be religious about plugging the charger in...The mic is high quality and sounds good but does not do (seemingly any) noise cancellation. If you fart on your Zoom call, your boss will hear it.The headset does not stay on standby indefinitely as do my Plantronics 8200s or other UC type headsets.When these auto shut off, they play a stylized guitar riff uncomfortably loud in your ears and will startle you in the middle of the night.
I usually connect this set to my Samsung Galaxy S10+ for phone conversations with clients and listening to music in-between clients. I also connect to my TV for watching my recorded shows late at night. I'm probably going to buy this same set again for my oldest son for Christmas.

Very good headphones for the cost, compared to the wired quantum 400 they sound similar, but with the lack of a cable it makes life easier, only reason for four stars is the difficulty with setting them up, if you make a mistake with updating the headphones it can brick them and cause them to not function, which happened with my first set, which was quickly replaced. Overall great quality and would definitely buy again as I’ve already upgraded from the 400s
This is the first time I ever had a wireless headset where I can just hear everything clearly and talk clearly and no lags at all with the bluetooth dongle. I am amazed with this headset. now it will Drain if you used the lights on the headset but other then that.....Best headset ever. when you dont use the lights, it will last for 14 hours, but with lights, maybe 8-10 hours? but still. BAD ***. BEST HEADSET EVER 2021! Thank you!
