How to reset ?

Remove the pairing record and put the earbuds into the charging case, then long press the case button for 10S

What to do if the left and right earbuds cannot be paired?

1.Clear all the pairing record of the earbuds from your device.

2. Put the earbuds into the charging case and keep the cover open, then long press the charging case button for 20S

3. Pair your earbuds according to the pairing instruction

The earbuds can be used as monaural or binaural mode after successful connection. If you only want to use one earbud, just put the other one in the charging case
