1.I can’t get the stereo mode to work.

2.How long does it take to charge the dock and phones? How long does it take to charge the buds from the case?A: It takes around 2 hours to charge the dock. And it takes 1.5~2 hours to charge the earbuds.
If you charge the case with the earbuds inside, the earbuds are also in charging.
3.Do they stop playing once in the case?
Yes, they stop playing if placing back in the case. And if in stereo mode, only place back the left earbud, the right one will still play.
4.Do the led lights still blink while on calls or while listening to music?
The indicator doesn’t blink while the earbud is working.
5.Can you control the volume with the earbuds?
The buttons on the earbuds don’t supprot volume control. They can play, pause, skip songs, control phone calls and voice assistant.
6.Do the earbuds work with my phone?
As long as your device is Bluetooth-enabled with version 4.0 or above, it can work with the earbuds.

Good earphones for the price.
Had a good run with them, broke them one day after a fall but otherwise they were working just fine. The mic is perhaps not the best for calls, but not much complaints regarding sound quality. Battery life is around 3-4 hrs, and there are issues sometimes with connectivity but nothing a reset didn't fix.

Great handfree earphone for the price
This is my 2nd soundpeats handsfree headset I owned. I deiced to buy the wireless earbuds this time that I can use for my 2nd iphone device. For the price and quality it is great. The sound is clear, fits snuggly in my ear and best of all easy to carry around with no cords to tangle.Synchronization is perfect when I watch videos.Cons: Im slightly hard of hearing,so I d prefer my volume louder. Compared to the wired over the neck soundpeats wireless I own- I notice the volume for this is slightly lower. I know there are other earbuds out there that can deliver louder volume, so it this gave me 2 more notches of volume it would be perfect.Battery life is good, but shorter than the wired handsfree I own by around 1 hour. This is around 4-5 hours for both use compared to the wired version which is around 6 hours.I did wished I bought the slightly upgraded version where the charging case has a closing cover. The charging case for this is open.But for the price value and quality this is a good competition to most high end brands like Apple.

Low on money get these but don't stop there
Once again they work great the first few months then one side if not both sides the sound gets lower and they don't hold a charge as long, doesn't even last a year like the older models did. I think I'm going to start saving my money and getting insurance on products like this from now on, this will make the 5th pair I've got from soundpeats
