I love the size, i had it at the beach but i dont think it was loud enough
USAwesome speaker that last and last. I use mine in my basement on pool nights when I shoot pool with my friends. It plays super loud and clear and the battery last a long time. I use it a few times a week and for my moderate usage I get a good amount off usage out of it before requiring a full charge.

USIn love with my new JBL Xtreme 2 speaker! Just arrived last night and I charged it up and tested it. Music sounds amazing and so does audiobook. I have been using Bose Soundlink Mini for the last five years. It is much smaller than this speaker, sound is not NEARLY as good and you can't easily shut it off. Replacing it would have cost $50 more than I paid for this. This is the real deal. Don't buy a Bose or one of Dr Dre's assuming that you will get something better. Kudos to Amazon for carrying all of the colors.A lot of thought went into this;The device is attractive.The sound is deep and when you increase the volume, the quality of the sound is not compromised.The free shoulder strap is wide and comfortable. It is easy to attach to the speaker.It is as big as it can be while still being portable. You will be able to use this for hours and hours between charges and it won't fall over easily.You can get another one and use then as a stereo sound system (L & R) with a click on their free app.If I was forced to find some fault, it is this; I wish their free downloadable app allowed one to control the volume at a distance. That would make this even more awesome.

US USI have 2 Charge 4 that has a bit of connection issue in party mode and both cant sound loud as I want it. I got the Xtreme 2 since it was on sale and about 30 dollars more then a Charge 4. I plugged it in and charge it and it sounds loud as 2 Charge 4 combine but with better highs. I was listening mostly to Rolling Stones and it sounds great. I did party mode with the other two Charge 4 but the charge 4 is having connection issues but the Xtreme 2 on its own is a beast. On this price tag its worth it for $150
USspeaker is failing. everything works fine, the problem that the sound stops for 2 or 3 seconds and then comes back
USthis is a great speaker for poolside, in the kitchen, shop etc... probably too big to travel with but for around the house etc. if you had it with you it would be good for going to the beach etc. but would take up a bit of room in luggage etc. overall very happy with it. its tough, water resistant, and has great sound. id definitely buy another one.
