  1. Products on special sale or limited time promotion has warranty of 1 month.
  2. UAG and Rhinoshield’s warranty only applies to manufacturing defect which can be informed about within 3 days after receiving the product so it can be replaced. Please note, any daily wear & tear usage will not be considered as defective and we will not arrange a replacement for it.
  3. Dab Lew Tech will replace or repair a product under warranty for any manufacturing defects or any problems that arise from normal use and we will replace it with the same model. If the model is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer a similar or upgraded model.
  4. Customers can request after-sale service from Dab Lew Tech by providing purchase invoice, contact number or order number.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Artificial damage such as charging using harmful power levels or using unapproved accessories.
  2. Any defects or damages caused by improper use...
  3. Any defects or damage caused by other behaviors which cannot be controlled by Dab Lew Tech.
  4. Ordinary wear and tear.
  5. Products not purchased from https://dablew.pk.
  6. Note for Clear Phone Cases: The materials used in making clear cases are susceptible to yellowing... Please be advised that no warranty claims shall be entertained, except for manufacturing faults, within the specified 3-day period.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

  1. A Warranty Service Order must be requested within Warranty Period. Email: support@dablew.pk
  2. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  3. Include order number and contact details with returned product.
  4. Product must be in good physical condition.
  5. All accessories and box must be included.
  6. Returns without valid order, parts, or original packaging may be rejected.

IF PRODUCT SENT BACK DOESN’T TURN OUT TO BE FAULTY:

Please verify product faults before returning. If faulty and returned within 7 days, replacement will be free. After 7 days, Rs. 200 shipping will apply.

  1. This limited warranty is only valid in Pakistan and applies to accessories sold on www.dablew.pk.
  2. Dab Lew Tech may conduct diagnostic tests...
  3. Before contacting support, ensure:
    • Model, serial number, and packaging
    • Full address and contact info
    • Order number from Dab Lew Tech
  4. This warranty does not cover:
    • Device incompatibility
    • Tampered serial/warranty seals
    • Natural wear & tear or negligence
    • Outer surface damage (cracks, scratches, etc.)
    • Power bank cell deterioration
    • Maintenance or non-repair services
    • Rust, stains, general aging
    • Unethical claim reasons
    • Change of mind
    • No original invoice
  5. Manufacturing warranty applies to:
    • Material/workmanship defects under normal use
    • Zippers, runners, buckles, stitching issues
  6. Dab Lew Tech decides warranty validity. Out of Warranty includes:
    • Customer-induced damage
    • Invalid/expired warranty
