How Many Instalments Options Are There?

Pay in 3 instalments for items between Rs. 1,500 & Rs. 15,000 (Applicable to any Debit & Credit Card, Master Card, JazzCash, UnionPay or Easypaisa).

What is the payment method?

Dab Lew Tech customers will have the option to pay via UnionPay/EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Credit/Debit Card for the Pay in 3 model. Total amount broken down into 3 payments & the first payment is made at the time of purchase. The 2nd payment is due thirty days later and all payments are recovered by KalPay at the end of the 2nd month.

Will I Be Charged Interest-Fee Apart from My Product Price?

No, Dab Lew Tech will not Charge Any Interest-Fee.

Can I Use KalPay with any other Payment Method?

Sorry, You Can Only Avail KalPay While UnionPay/JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Credit/Debit Card While Using Online Payments Being Turned On by your card provider/bank.

How Can I Return A Product?

How does it work with KalPay?

When customer choose the product, and proceed to checkout where he/she will choose “Buy Now KalPay” as payment option. Customer will be redirected to KalPay processor to complete the transaction. After adding the phone number, customer will receive the OTP on SMS. After putting OTP, customer has to opt for the plan (Pay in 3 Instalments), this plan should be matched which he/she choose at the time of checkout. If everything is in order, they can add their Payment details to complete purchase.

When will the customer be refunded after a cancellation or return?

After the return/cancellation, Customer will be able to see the refunded amount back in the Original card they used for purchase and any due payment related to it cancelled. This usually takes between 14-21 working days depending on the customer’s bank.
