Activision Blizzard, one of the world’s largest video game publishers, has settled with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for $35 million. The SEC had accused Activision Blizzard of providing misleading information to investors when it reported its earnings in 2018 and 2019. The settlement includes a $35 million penalty and $400,000 in disgorgement payments. The SEC also said that Activision Blizzard agreed to “cease and desist from committing or causing any violations and any future violations” of federal securities law. In a statement, Activision Blizzard said that it was pleased to have resolved the matter and that it had “taken steps to enhance its disclosure practices and internal controls.”

Transparent Solar Panel built by Scientists can Replace House Windows and Phone Screens

Scientists have recently developed a revolutionary transparent solar panel that can not only replace the windows of a house, but also the screens of phones. This new technology could revolutionize the way we use solar energy to power our devices and homes. The transparent solar panel functions by harvesting energy from the sun and converting it into electricity. It is estimated that the panels could generate up to 40 times more power than traditional solar panels. These panels could have a huge impact on our everyday lives.

Potentially Huge Step Forward For Renewable Energy

Not only could they be used to power electronic devices, but they could also be used to make windows and even phone screens. This means that our everyday devices could be powered directly from the sun. The transparent solar panel technology is still in its early stages of development, but scientists are hopeful that it can be used to revolutionize the way we use solar energy. This could be a huge step forward for renewable energy and could help reduce our reliance on traditional power sources.
