Well, i do have a good experience with you guys. But this time after using soundpeats mac2, it stared having issues i sent it back to you guys and as per your guys it was all okay and problem was solved. When it got back it was having same issues and the box/packing was broken.(should’ve clicked a picture). It was so bad that i didn’t feel like even keeping it. I still kept the device it cause I didn’t wanted to send you guys back and pay delivery fee if my problem ain’t gonna get solved. After a while my bud wasn’t charging, I sent it back for claim/repair. But you guys rejected cause i don't have the box which you guys broke. I recommended your websites to many of my friends, but i guess not anymore. Don’t bold about warranty if you guys can't claim it.

Received the package on time, product quality is good, but they can work on sound quality as it's lacking punch in bass and sound. It's designed smart to keep in hand and Sound is clear but I've heard better ones. Battery is also good. the good thing about it is that it worth price.
