One of the bulbs acts up loses connection with Google need to cycle the power then it works for awhile.
USI loved the idea and possibilities of these bulbs, very easy to set up, I picked a higher wattage cause I wanted bright, not very bright except for the white light alexa paired ok at first but adding more lights and alexa dropped the first ones, the smart app still controls them all, but voice control was what I wanted
USWhen you have all the lights in one room synced and bundled together on the app, there’s always one light that’s just doing it’s own thing bc it’s not connected to WiFi.
USYou can only use the lower WiFi ghz so I can’t even use them because my WiFi is too fast & I refuse to turn it back to the lower setting
USI really LOVED these bulbs Initially, but I was having trouble with two of the bulbs resetting often. After submitting a return, the company went out of their way to contact me directly and offer multiple solutions to amend the purchase and make sure I was satisfied. They offered complementary replacement bulbs for me to try again and a credit to try a new set or other product! Wow, I was shocked.I really appreciate the sincerity of reaching out directly after my initial frustration. Through this experience I have learned it is better to contact the seller rather than just return something to amazon warehouse because they totally sold me on their lights again. I just needed to replace the one bulb and VOILA! I have a house full of fun theme colors that turn on at dusk and change through the course of the evening. I love all the options. The app took a minute to get in order but once I did it was a piece of cake. I didn’t have any trouble with the app at all.Thank you again, I really appreciated the time you took to make a happy customer and teach me a valuable lesson to practice more patience and be willing to give let someone make it right. 🙏
USThese are very bright and nice. The biggest drawback is the delay when used via the wall switch. This means I cannot replace the main lighting in rooms. Also, with only 3 toggles of the switch you can put the bulb into pair mode. This is problematic with a toddler, and the bright flashing can be dizzying. The manufacturer should set to dimmest brightness when entering pair mode and make it a little more cumbersome to enable.
