Before you install
1. Remove any pre-installed screen protectors before installing
2. Remove any registered fingerprints that are on the phone
3. Increase touch sensitivity to max
During the install
1. Please make sure your surface is level
2. Place the speaker masking tape on the speaker area of the phone carefully and properly
3. Gently place the installation guide on the glass
4. Wait for the adhesive to touch the bottom of the guide circle before pulling the pin.
(Do Not let the adhesive spread below the line before pulling the pin)
5. Please wait for the adhesive to spread completely before removing the installation guide
6. 1st Cure: 15 seconds on the bottom then 15 seconds on the top
7. 2nd Cure: 1 min on the bottom then 1 min on the top.
8. Final Cure: 1 min on the bottom then 1 min on the top.
9. Re-Register your Fingerprint. Register the same finger in multiple angles

I'd give it 5 starts but it is way overpriced. I bought it because there was a 25% off Prime Day deal on their site. Anyone who is complaining about the protector for anything other that price or received broken did not follow the directions. I had the install video running on my laptop while I installed the protector. I paused / played it and went through the install step by step. The result is an absolutely flawless install with perfectly working fingerprint unlock. I ran the UV light top, middle and bottom each time, then final curing an extra minute, and then one additional extra minute over the fingerprint reader. I've heard this will make the fingerprint reading better, and I have to say mine works just as good as no screen protector. A big mistake people make is not ensuring there are no fibers or dust on their screen just prior to dropping the glass. After cleaning with alcohol I use an air blower to make sure there is no dust. This is the best glass protector for your Note 20 Ultra- I used one that was not UV, then another one that used UV curing (came off when I dropped my phone) and finally Whitestone Dome.

USWorst screen protector ever legit the adhesive went everywhere while I followed the step and im lucky I still have a phone
USFor $70 I would expect a brand new product, but I guess I got sent someone else's returned item. One of the 2 glass protectors was out of the protective sleeve with the plastic sticker already removed and it was cracked. There was no protective tape for my buttons or speaker, and the bridge that you put the adhesive tube on to empty it was not in the box. I used electric tape to protect my buttons and speaker and was lucky enough to make a good install on the first attempt. Ive ordered whitestone protectors in the past and there isn't anything better, but it kinda sucks to pay that much and not even get a complete installation kit.
