Great Customer Service
I really like this product. The way I bend to plug my phone in on my night stand is cumbersome with how my room is set up, but when I use the wireless charger I can easily set my phone on my nightstand without having to fumble around. It lights up in blue once the charge starts as a nice visual in case you didn't lay it on the charging pad correctly.The customer service of Anker has been phenomenal. The charger stopped working after about 6 months of use, but was still under their warranty. I contacted them and had a great sales rep (Cassy) who took me quickly and efficiently through the warranty process and I got a replacement in less than a week. The company even checked in with me to make sure everything was working after I got the replacement. Truly exceptional work on behalf of the company.

great product
use the product everyday, i leave my phone on it to charge when i sleep. works great. when you place phone on pad, blue lights turn on pad, to let you know it is properly placed.

Good but mine stopped working.
After a while of having this (less than a year) it crapped out and although it lights up when plugged in, it doesn’t deliver any power to my phone or AirPods. If it still continued to work it would be a great purchase, but I bought a different Anker one instead.

Phone slips off.
When laying an iPhone 8 on it, it connects and begins charging immediately. Unfortunately, it isn’t flat, so the phone slowly slips off and after a few minutes it isn’t being charged any more. It might be okay with a grippy case, but with a caseless glass-backed phone it’s useless.

Works great. Easy to throw phone on at night when going to bed for a full battery in the morning. Just need to understand there’s a sweet spot the phone needs to be on for the charging to work, phones fault not charger
