I am satisfied with the product because it works fine. However when i pulled the dongle slightly, the cover or tip broke. Ive managed to put it back together. Plz ensure FURTHER quality of ur products in the future.
It WAS a good product. I bought one of these back in February & all of a sudden one of my headphones buds stopped working. I fully believed it was my headphones that had broken, didn't even question the lighting jack cable. i finally bought a new pair of headphones, tested them out on an old phone with the regular headphone jack before using them with the lighting cable , worked perfectly fine. tried them with the lighting cable & surely enough one of my headphones buds don’t work. So yeah here I am back again to complain and buy another one.
