1. How to confirm whether it works with my phone cases?

The size of Micro USB head is 6.4mm height x 11mm width for 1ft & 3ft, and 6.48mm x 11mm for 10ft, so the phone cases with a larger sized hole would be free to use without removing. Hope this helps!

2. Does it work with quick charge?

Yes! I have a Galaxy S7 and the cable supports quick charging as long as you have the right capacity charger paired with it. I have charged my S7 with both stock charger or a 3rd party charger and this cable, quick charging works well.

3. How durable is the cable and especially micro USB male connector?

It is gold-plated and nylon braided, withstanding 50,000bends thanks to advanced SR design. We know the normal micro USB connector is subject to wear down or slip out soon as a weak point, so takes action to improve its toughness by material and structure under tests, with lifespan up to 2 years at least in normal use.

In a nutshell, yes. It will plug into a 3.0 port on a computer or phone. This is a USB 2.0 cable and therefore lacks the extra wiring for 3.0 transfer speeds. But it will charge and transfer data like a regular 2.0 cable on any 3.0 device.

9. Is this cable compatible with LG G5?

No, as the LG G5 requires a USB Type C connector. This cable is Micro USB, and therefore will not plug into the phone. You can check our TAC series USB-C cables.
