BEST CHARGING PACK ON THE MARKET (Remove USB when not in use)
Best external battery pack on the market!Ultra portable, fits in my pocket super easily and not too crampedRecharges very quickly and hold charge for a long time. Can probably get a good 2 whole charges on my cellphone.I take this with me whenever I leave the house just in case but make sure you remove the USB cord or else it seems to drain the battery even when not in use.

Good, but bag was damaged
The charger itself is nice, just a little heavy. I was not happy when I received it because the little g it comes with to put away does not work properly, the ties were snapped and am not able to keep it all secured. Other than that, I like the charger.

Fantastic!
I had bought this for long trail rides, but ended up using it for a couple of weeks in the house due to a problem with my regular charger. It easily kept my iPhone SE charged for nearly a week before I had to recharge the battery pack.

Perfect amount of charge for the size and weight!
This is a perfect sweet spot in terms of weight and extra charge time we get for two phones. I usually carry this when going on a trip so that we can charge two phones throughout the day. We usually use our phones to take lots of pictures and videos on vacation so need to charge pretty often, this was perfect!

Great Portable Charger
Came in the mail with only 2 out of the 4 dots of battery. Has been on the charger for 5 hours and is not charging above the first 2 dots. It’s been blinking on the 3rd dot, but it doesn’t actually charge up at all.Update: customer service was fantastic and immediately reached out to me after writing this review. They sent me a brand new one that came soon after and it was in perfect condition. It’s A LOT more easier to carry this charger around compared to some of the other bulkier ones. It’s the same size as my iPhone XS.
