US1) It may be compatible with an iPhone or an iPad but YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A SEPARATE PURCHASE to use this portable charger with an Apple product. Extra expense, extra hassle. 2) It DOES NOT COME WITH A CHARGING CABLE THAT PLUGS INTO A WALL OUTLET. The only way to charge this is via your laptop or desktop, or by using another cable (like the one that comes with a Kindle) that you have lying around the house. 3) I missed these two pieces of information so I'm posting this so that you will know and can make a better buying decision. Sheesh!
USI’ve had this for just over a year. A couple weeks ago it stopped charging my Apple devices. I go into the item and it supposedly has an 18 month warranty. I go into my purchases and support for the item ceased in December of last year and cannot contact the seller/manufacturer about the warranty 🤨 disappointed
US USI loved this product. So convenient. I bought it in July 2018 and almost 2 years later I will have to E-waste it soon. It will only charge my phone (same phone the whole time) 1 time now. The first year was great and would charge my phone several times. Now not so great. I bought the same charger for a friend because it was so helpful while being out and about but I received a totally different charger. My friend didn't mind so he kept it but it was MUCH larger and not what I wanted for him. I wasn't sure what to rate this product because it was great at first, just didn't last very long. Disappointing.
USThis product was awesome...one charger lasted all day while on vacation in Italy 2019. My issue issue is that I lost the travel pouch and cord. I am looking for a replacement but unable to find such. Need help!!
USIt would not take a charge straight out of the box. Very disappointing.
USAnker makes good products. Charges fast and holds it's charge. No problems.
