Good Product but Excellent Customer Support
Received my QCY T5S True Wireless Bluetooth Headset 3 days ago and no doubt its a good affordable option for truly wireless ear buds. On my phone its working like a charm but I was having a problem during connecting with my laptop due to windows update. So I contacted Dablew.pk support number. And surprisingly they called me to know the issue. They told me to check on other laptops and they also said if it doesn't work well then we can replace the earbuds and send you the new one. So finally it worked fine on other laptops so it was my laptop Bluetooth issue. But I must say I am really impressed by their customer support which majority of the store lacks in Pakistan. Thumbs up Dablew.pk and Hamdan! You got a loyal customer! :)

Great Comfort and Sound Quality. Touch Controls Not The Best.
The sound quality and the comfort these provide is great and I have no complains with that. The touch controls aren't very intuitive and are sometimes hit or miss. They do not provide proper feedback either.
