USSounds quality was like any other headset until I updated it, so first thing to do is download the software from JBL website and updated your headset. The lighting are really cool.

USThe software for these headphones is problematic, hopefully JBL puts out a patch for this. Because of this, the firmware update is complicated, and may even cause other issues.Sound quality is very good. Going from wired to wireless is a nice change and more comfortable.
