USI bought this headset about 5 months ago and now it will no longer charge. When I plug it in the red charging light lights from anywhere from a brief second to about 20 seconds but then goes off. I know it is not charged because when I press and hold down the power button it never turns on. I have tried using different USB cables that I know are good because they work when I charge other devices. I had also tried leaving the headset plugged in for a few hours even though the red light was not on. After leaving it plugged in for a few hours it still does not power on.
USThis is a pretty decent headset, but there is a delay when you answer a call. This results in hang ups and frustrated callers.
USI have tried everything to get this thing STOP beeping. I've paired, unpaired, charged all the way, let it run out of charge and recharge - paired again. How do I get the beeping to stop when I'm on a call???

USBought for Team meetings etc. from my laptop was easy to configure and had no issues. Sound and microphone work well for calls and had no issues when on conference calls. Nice charging base and good quality product. Was able to get good range with the Bluetooth. Impressed so far.
