Good Product Good Service
Mpow HC6 is a good product it has better-than-average sound quality and it suffices well being a headset used for making calls. Given its price range it is a good buy for anyone wishing to use their pc to make calls. As far as the company goes Dablew tech are a professional online website, I had placed the order almost a week in advance but had requested them to deliver it after the 1st of the next month, and they followed the instructions to the letter.

Causes echo at the other end
I was happy to have it at the beginning but then people I talked to started to ask me, why is your line so echoy? Different people, different times, said the same thing to me. 5-6 out of 20-30 calls had the same issue. I wrote to their customer services but no response. Returned.

Returning due to buzzing noise from mic
I bought three of these - one for each person in our household. At first I really liked them - they are decently comfortable and can be worn for an hour or so before they start to hurt. The remote is nice and the buttons are clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately, everyone complains about a buzzing noise when i'm off mute and it's really distracting. I've tried connecting the headset directly to the PC bypassing the USB remote, a different computer, and swapped headsets with my wife. They all do it. There's no point in talking about the noise cancelling of the mic if it's going to add its own buzzing noise... it sounds like a refrigerator running next to the mic.

He trabajado en un call center con cascos de 200 euros de otras marcas y aunque estoy seguro que son mejor que estos... sinceramente para un uso no tan intensivo sin ruido de fondo y demás me parece que son perfectos... poco que envidiar a otros por el precio que tienen... esperemos que duren
