I ordered a Tronsmart s2 neck buds that went defective some time back. I approached then under warranty, and they were quite helpful and cooperated with me. They also accepted my request to change the buds type and pay the difference, which gave me peace of mind. Overall I would say their team is highly professional, and they stand behind their customer service completely.

I am such a fan of this company. I have bought several of their earbuds because I am forgetful and tend to lose my earbuds... I have tried other brands and just keep coming back to SoundPEATS. The quality is great and these are comfortable, once I found the right combination of pads and the little band that goes around them to help the noise cancellation. You get several to choose from.

Worth the money

These SoundPeats TrueFree2 earbuds are worth the money. I got them for my wife, who upgraded from a 2-year old Bluetooth pair of earbuds, and she loves these. I asked if she wanted me to return them, as she doesn't really care for new tech, but she told me she'd be keeping these, and will use them in her workouts, as they don't fall out. She said she likes the sound they produce as well. Thanks SoundPeats!
