What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?
1. Please try to use another USB cable to charge the charging case for more than 5 hours through your computer at first. Please clean the charging connectors with a alcohol pad and try to adjust the earbuds to ensure the earbuds charge well.
2. After this, please take the two earbuds out of the case to check if they could pair with each other: (when two earbuds paired: The LED light of the main earbud will flashes blue slowly , the LED light of the other earbud will stay blue always)
How can we check the battery amount of the case?
When you open the lid, take out or put in earbuds, you will see a light on the charging case which will indicates the battery amount of the case. Green:50%-99%; Yellow:10%-49%; Red:10% or less.

What can we do if the case stopped charging?
Please try to use another known working Type C charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer. And please clean the connection between the case and dock with some sandpaper or alcohol.
How the lights flash when you use T3?
1. Not pairing successfully: Both earbuds flashe blue quickly.
2. Pairing mode: One earbud flashes blue slowly, the other one stay blue always.
3. Connected to device/Standby: Both earbuds stay on blue light.
4. Play the music: No lights; Pause music: Stay on blue light.
How to reset T3?
1. Clear the pairing data from your device.
2. Take out the two earbuds from the charging case, press and hold the multifunctional buttons for 10s until the blue indicator lights in both earbuds flash for three times and then go out. At this time, the earbuds are off, and then press and hold the multifunctional buttons of both earbuds again for 10S until the blue indicator lights flash twice, and the reset is completed.
3. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case lid, waiting for seconds, and then open it again. The earbuds are activated successfully.
What can we do if the earbuds won't turn on?
1.Please check if they need to be charged.
2.Take earbud out of the case and press and hold the MFB for 1.5s to power them on manually. You will see the blue light turn on the earbuds.

Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?
1.Check whether the charging case has battery power. If it has run out of battery, closing it will not disconnect the earphones from the device.
2. Please make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case, and the contactors on both the charging case and earbuds are clean. Please try to clean them with something like microfiber cloth.
What can we do if the following issues happen? 1. One earbud has no sound, or both earbuds lost the sound. 2. The volume of one earbud is lower than the other.
1. Please change other songs or videos to have a try.
2. Change other devices to see if the problem still happens.
3. Please try to gently clean off the screen with a little alcohol pad.
4. Please try to reset the earbuds.

1.This model has different sized(S/M/L)ear tips inside the package to fit for your need. Plase try all of them out and find the suitable ear tips.

Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode work well!
I was rather impressed by the Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode. They work fairly well. For the price, I wouldn't complain. I noticed the ANC excels at blocking "airy" sounds, like wind, an AC unit, or passing cars. Idk if that's specific to these earbuds or maybe it's a side-effect of the noise cancellation method, but it works well enough to satisfy me. The phase cancellation probably just works better for those types of sounds, especially since they won't travel through your skull and/or earbuds as easily as lower pitched sounds. Any interference like that would cause the waveforms to shift just enough to make phase cancellation not work 100%.My only complaint would be the battery life. The buds themselves will last more than long enough for most people, but the battery case can only charge the earbuds from empty maybe 2-3 times before dying. If you're going to use these buds for long durations regularly, you may need to charge them often. I've had similarly priced earbuds that have battery cases that last WAY longer. Granted, they didn't have ANC or transparency mode.
