Be careful when they say “new”

Ordered these “new” headphones and they arrived with someone else’s ear wax on them. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

Left earbud never worked

After following all steps for more than 2 hours..only right earbud worked. No sound in left earbud as it does not connect with right one.

Decent headphones

I was looking for headphones that would make my hours of Zoom calls easier. The pros are good sound quality and battery life. The cons for me were that the headphones did not stay in my ears and the mic is very staticky. So for me these are decent for music but they didn’t work well for calls.

Spotty connection

They sound good and they’re comfortable but they frequently unpair and drop connection. I have another pair of Anker Liberty Neos that I haven’t had any issues with. I would not recommend buying this particular model. Anker in general makes a fantastic product but this model is a rare miss for them.

Can’t hear caller

I tried talking while driving but the volume was so low I couldn’t hear the caller. They could hear me fine for whatever reason and they were wondering why I was speaking louder. Just not worth it.

For the most part they work pretty well

The sound quality is very good. When playing music or listening to podcasts, the sound is crystal clear.But on phone calls, the audio goes in and out. It's as if they can't tell the difference between ambient sound or voices, so it alternates between the twoAlso, the touch response isn't always very responsive.

Not thought through

I had 2 problems with these. First is that in order you have to put them back in the case you wlhave to turn them around. Same thing with when you take them out and want to put in your ear. Very uncomfortable! The second is that there is no volume control on the earbuds themselves. You can only control it from the device.The fit was comfortable for me. And I liked the sound.
