Bad product experience
It worked fine for a few months but then suddenly stopped working. Thanks to the customer support they replaced it within a few working days as it was under warranty and sent me a different model which I'm still using w-king X10 Bluetooth speakers. They didn't charged me extra for it still i had to pay the delivery charges which is justified but the new speakers they sent are more powerful and 10000rs was extra but they didn't charged me for it

Product was nicely packed Handled well and Timely recieved Unboxing was good Product worked well Sound quality very good except little distortion at higher volumes, which was not expected 20 hours of battery time to be checked but appears to hold on to claim Overall rate 9/10
