Installation is very important to enjoy our product. Please watch the video
Before you install
1. Remove any pre-installed screen protectors before installing
2. Remove any registered fingerprints that are on the phone
3. Increase touch sensitivity to max
During the install
1. Please make sure your surface is level
2. Place the speaker masking tape on the speaker area of the phone carefully and properly
3. Gently place the installation guide on the glass
4. Wait for the adhesive to touch the bottom of the guide circle before pulling the pin.
(Do Not let the adhesive spread below the line before pulling the pin)
5. Please wait for the adhesive to spread completely before removing the installation guide
6. 1st Cure: 15 seconds on the bottom then 15 seconds on the top
7. 2nd Cure: 1 min on the bottom then 1 min on the top.
8. Final Cure: 1 min on the bottom then 1 min on the top.
9. Re-Register your Fingerprint. Register the same finger in multiple angles

So i mistakenly ordered the product for the wrong phone model, Galaxy note 20 instead of Galaxy note 20 ultra which i actually wanted, Informed the representative on WhatsApp as soon as i received. So far satisfied with his response as i was aksed to send it back and it will be exchanged. Not all E Stores handle returns or Exchanges such smoothly. Specially when its the customers mistake. So far so satisfied. Will definitely recommend to others. Hoping to get the right product dispatched again from you guys on Monday.
It was a very lengthy install compared to other screen protectors. 8 million steps..and I have redone my fingerprints 4 times..and increased sensitivity and it works maybe 1 out of 5 times. Very frustrating. But it looks nice.
USOverall really good screen protector
USThe process for putting this on can be pretty nerve wracking. Do yourself a favor, watch the videos and read the instructions SEVERAL TIMES before attempting to out this on your phone. Have the video queued up while you're doing it so you can refer to it while you're putting it on. Double check that you've got one step right before moving on to the next. This process is all about preparation and following instructions. The good news is, if you mess it up, you have extra glue and an extra glass to use, and when you finish, you're rewarded with the most beautiful and functional screen protector money can buy.Your fingerprint readability changes when your hands are dry. My wife gets bad dry skin, but the trick is to re-do your fingerprints when the scanner is having trouble breading your prints. That should improve things.No problems with case compatibility. My wife has the S View case, and it fits perfectly without interfering with the screen protector.

USBest looking protector ever. Cannot comment on durability yet. Installation was a bit stressful because first one didn't align properly but i got it second time. Overall very happy !
USFits perfectly on my screen and it does not affect the finger print scanner. I would recommend on deregistering your fingerprint to make sure !
US USI owned this protector for my note 10+ and it was the only protector out there with full coverage that was full adhesive vs others that only did the edges. Response for the note 20 is great . My personal reason for not 5 staring is that I feel the glass is a bit smooth compared to the feel of the actual phone screen without one on and idk if it's myself personal but I feel the figure scanner misses or I have to press a lil hard for it to work. Over all great product , has warranty , and it came with 2 n the box . I recommend this to all note users
USI've use the Whitestone Screen protector on my Galaxy S9, now on my Galaxy Note 20. I've tried other similar products, now the only one I'll use is the Whitestone Dome Glass.
