The sound on this is incredible, especially considering its size. But then we've come to expect that from JBL which can easily compete with Bose or other pricier options. I love everything about this little thing - waterproof, rugged, so mobile and bang for the buck!

USTalk about a lot of sound from a little speaker! I wanted something to take with me to the beach and also something I could play mood music for photoshoots since I'm a photographer. What a great investment!
USI'm a reluctant audiophile that once worked in the field and so now I simply know and appreciate Good Sound - and this speaker delivers Good Sound! I bought it to play music while traveling, especially in hotel rooms, on a boat, etc. The sound quality and power of this speaker are pretty impressive for the size and price point. I decided to spend the extra bucks on the Clip4 over the Clip3 because of the longer battery life.
USI liked it a lot definitely louder then the Clíp 3 version and the design in my opinion I like better if I had to repurchase I would for a gift I don’t think I would have to repurchase for myself it’ll last a while
USThe bass is cranked and any speech sounds like a deep-voiced person talking through a door. It must be tuned for bass heavy music. if you listen to podcasts, radio, audiobooks, etc. it sounds pretty bad. I've resorted to using my phone which is quieter but much clearer. I don't have my Clip 3 anymore for a side-by-side comparison, but IIRC the 3 was a little bass heavy but not hard to understand and muffled like this.Support says get an app to turn down the bass for when you're using this speaker. Bad solution if you're using multiple devices or switch bluetooth speakers.It also doesn't have a mic anymore (the Clip 3 did).It's unfortunate because other than that it's a great little speaker. Good build quality and battery life. Loud for its size.
USThe rubber accents are coming off in less than a month of having it, the clip is loose, and sound quality is not worth the money I regret buying it
USAudio is great, but after only a month I'm having issues with random shutdowns. Until the last couple days the battery has been lasting 10 + hours, last two days it's bearly lasted 8.
