If the delivery fails because the customer refuses to accept it, can’t be found, or gives incorrect address or contact info, the customer will cover any extra costs for returning, re-sending, or changing the delivery location. If the company pays these costs initially, the customer must either pay the company back or have the amount deducted from their payment for the goods.
