– Take out both earbuds and turn them off, press and hold the buttons for 20s simultaneously until the indicators flash in red and white and go out twice.

1.How are these with watching video? Is there too much lag?
There was no noticeable lag when I was watching youtube videos. However I was using a Samsung Galaxy S7 for testing, so your results may differ on a IPhone
2.What is difference in these and newer model?
I’m not positive on the difference. I have this model, and I bought my girlfriend the newer model. Both work great though! If it’s the difference of a couple dollars, I’d say opt for the newer model, but I’ve loved this set for the past 6 months
3.Volume is low. Media is up all the way on my phone. Are they known to be “quiet” compared to “name brand”?
Same as others. Above about 50% volume is too loud to listen to for most music on my phone.
4.Does it work witk apple and Samsung?
Yes, it works on both. I have Samsung, my wife has Apple.works great on both
