FAQs

Why is there no sound?

AUX / Optical / Coaxial Mode
Step 1: Turn on the soundbar, then connect it to your TV via the AUX, Optical, or Coaxial cable.
Step 2: Tap the source button to enter AUX (cyan indicator), Optical (green indicator), or Coaxial mode (orange indicator).
Step 3: Set the TV audio source to AUX or Optical mode (find in Settings>Audio).
Step 4: Set the Digital output audio to PCM (the soundbar can’t output sound if you choose Dolby or DTS).
Bluetooth Mode
Step 1: Turn on the soundbar.
Step 2: Tap the Bluetooth button on the remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Step 3: Set the TV audio source to Bluetooth mode (find in Settings>Audio).
Step 4: Set the Digital output audio to PCM (the soundbar can’t output sound if you choose Dolby or DTS).
